Filipino therapist providing online support

A Personalized, Compassionate Approach to Healing

I believe that no two journeys are the same—and that’s why I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person I work with brings their own story, struggles, and strengths. My role is to meet you where you are, and walk beside you at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

As a U.S. military veteran and associate psychotherapist, I deeply understand the challenges faced by veterans, men, and members of the Filipino community. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction, or relationship issues, my approach is trauma-aware, culturally sensitive, and always centered around your unique needs.

You don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing and meaningful change—I’m here, and I’m ready to walk with you.
