A Personalized, Compassionate Approach to Healing

I believe that no two journeys are the same—which is why I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person I work with brings their own story, struggles, and strengths. My role is to meet you where you are and walk beside you at a pace that feels safe, empowering, and aligned with your goals.

As a U.S. Military Veteran and Associate Psychotherapist, I understand the unique challenges faced by veterans, active-duty service members, and the Filipino community in California. I provide trauma-informed, culturally grounded therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and relationship issues. As part of the VA Community Care Network (VA CCN), I’m honored to serve those who have served, offering accessible and compassionate support for healing and growth.

You don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to deepen your work, I’m here to help you find clarity, connection, and lasting change—one step at a time.
